The content on this site is provided for general information about our products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that everything is complete, current or error free at all times. Specifications, pricing and availability can change without notice.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and makers revise finishes, packaging and included fittings between production runs, so small differences between an image and the product you receive are normal. Sizes and materials are the figures published by the manufacturer.
Not plumbing advice
Our products are household drain products. Nothing on this site is plumbing advice. In New Zealand, sanitary plumbing and drainlaying on fixed pipework must be done by a licensed plumber or drainlayer. That covers installing or altering wastes, traps, floor wastes, shower grates connected to the drain line, and stormwater connections. Products that sit in or over an existing drain, replace a plug or strainer, clear a blockage, or connect an appliance hose to an existing outlet are things a householder can use. Measure before you order; sizes are the maker's stated sizes. We do not state that a product is certified to any plumbing standard unless the product page says so. If you need a product that complies with the New Zealand Building Code for regulated plumbing or drainage work, check with your plumber or drainlayer before ordering.
